Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer of Hitachi Digital, Takahiro Tsukishima is responsible for directing and advising senior leadership on strategic initiatives and market positioning, as well as corporate development and open innovation initiatives. In this role, he leads the development of sustainable short-term and long-term growth plans for the company that enable it to identify and seize upon transformational innovations, trends and overcome market disruptions.
He also serves as Corporate Officer at Hitachi, Ltd., as well as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Transformation Officer of Digital Systems and Services Sector. He has played pivotal roles in advancing Hitachi’s digital and social innovation business strategies. His leadership journey includes key positions such as President of the Strategy Planning Division, Vice President of the Social Innovation Business Division, and Deputy General Manager of IoT Business Project division. He has also been instrumental in driving business incubation and development.
He earned a Master of Precision Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo and a Doctor of Engineering from the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Waseda University.
