The role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Salesforce QA / Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, basic Salesforce functional knowledge, and hands-on experience in testing and documentation.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
Support UAT coordination and business user communication.
Assist in solution validation and functional clarification.

QA Responsibilities

Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
Validate configurations related to:
Objects & fields
Flows & validations
Reports & dashboards
Log defects, track them, and retest fixes.
Support UAT cycles and provide post-deployment validation.

What You’ll Bring:

1–2.5 years of experience in Salesforce QA / BA role.
Basic understanding of:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Salesforce data model
- Profiles & permission sets
Experience with:
- Writing test cases and test execution
- Requirement documentation
- Jira or similar tracking tools
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification (good to have)
Experience working in UAT coordination
Exposure to integrations or API validation (basic level)

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams
Ownership and proactive follow-up
