The team

Our team is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience through thoughtful program design, efficient execution, and clear communication.
As a Benefits Team Lead, you will lead efforts to streamline processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance, while also driving engagement through wellness initiatives and benefits-related events. Working closely with HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll help shape and evolve our benefits strategy to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

 

The role

• Support strategic Benefits programs and operations for North America and Latin America regions
• Assist employees with Benefits related inquiries and issues, including Health Insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by managing registrations, documentation, medical coverage, etc., ensuring a good employee experience.
• Support ongoing benefits communication and coordinate/drive benefit related events (ex. open enrollment, health fairs, employee wellness)
• Creates efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to help automate operational processes
• Creates, maintains, and updates accurate Benefits related documents, processes and procedures
• Propose and execute improvements to the existing processes of the area, guaranteeing a great experience for all those involved, ensuring optimization and effectiveness in its execution and control.
• Assists with various standard and ad hoc reports, audits and filings throughout the year
• Stakeholder management with benefits´ vendors

 

What you’ll bring

• At least 5+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a nice to have
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Analytical, detail-oriented and project management focused
• Experience working with Excel sheets and formulas
• Successful experience working in high growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environments
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
• Experience as administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e. ADP, Paylocity), Workday, ADP Workforce Now highly preferred - It´s a plus
• US benefits experience
