Role: Exchange/O365 Administrator (Sharepoint)
Location: Noida, Hybrid
The role:
Administer and support SharePoint Online.
Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and features to ensure effective collaboration and secure information sharing.
Work with business units to build and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows tailored to their needs.
Monitor system health, usage, and performance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
Ensure compliance with data governance, retention, and security policies.
Support integration with other M365 tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint functionality.
Assist in migrating legacy content to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, workflows, and document management.
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint features and updates.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6–10 years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or on-premises).
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collection administration, and content management.
Experience with Microsoft PowerShell for SharePoint management and automation.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for building workflows and business apps.
Solid understanding of permissions management, document libraries, metadata, and versioning.
Experience with content migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft Migration Manager).
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Preferred Certifications (nice to have):
Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
ITIL Foundation or experience working within IT service management frameworks
