The team
The EMEA Global People Services team is part of the broader Global HR Support Center, which provides HR support across all regions. The team includes HR Advisors who offer administrative support to employees, managers, and the Global HR team. Their main responsibilities include handling HR tickets via the “AskHR” system - responding to queries, preparing documents and managing processes such as onboarding and offboarding. They also provide guidance on policies, handle confidential matters, and support a wide range of HR-related topics. The role is fast-paced, with shifting priorities and high client expectations.
The role
HR Advisors manage daily HR transactions and respond to queries submitted through AskHR, ensuring all actions are accurate, timely, and in line with company policies. This includes processing changes such as promotions, terminations, and status updates, preparing related documentation, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting managers with various HR-related actions in coordination with Country HR. They provide guidance to employees and managers, ensuring clear communication and consistent application of HR processes and policies across the region.
In addition to daily operations, HR Advisors contribute to special HR projects, supporting planning, communication, training, and implementation efforts. These projects may vary in scope and focus, offering opportunities to collaborate across teams and regions, improve existing processes, and support organizational goals. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus are essential, as the role requires adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
