As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Hitachi Digital since July 2022, Amee drives global HR strategies, focusing on attracting and retaining diverse talent in an environment that fosters growth and excellence. Her responsibilities span talent attraction, acquisition, development, learning, employee experience, culture, communications, rewards, HR operations, and technology. Amee heightened the emphasis on employee experience, shifted to talent enablement, invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and transformed discussions around compensation and benefits. Before joining Hitachi Digital, Amee was Chief People Officer at Brightcove, Inc., where she led the global HR organization through growth and change with a data-driven HR strategy. Prior to Brightcove, she served as CHRO for Global Partners LP and held leadership roles at Enel Green Power North America, Digitas, and Travelex Global Business Payments. Amee holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
